Deal or no deal, Seattle WA

Hi everyone,

I am very new to the real estate industry want to see what a seasoned investor would pick out of this. If not it will be a learning moment for anyone in the forums, including me. I found an apartment in Renton WA. Outside of Seattle. It is an auction so you would have to factor in your maximum price yourself. It's a 2 bed one and a half bath apartment, current bid price is $133k. I saw the original listing at $204 on redfin.

The pictures don't look bad and the rehab shouldn't cost and take a lot.
