I'm looking at a 2 family 2 bed 1 bath upper and lower. I dont have the money but its has great potential. The upstairs unit needs work. The downstairs needs updates. Solid foundation. Have potential tenants already. There asking 10k. If your out of state. I can do all the leg work. I have tenants ready. I have the handymen ready. I just dont want this to slip through my fingers.
