Can a LLC I am a partner in sell a property it owns to my wife?

Pretty much wondering exactly what the title says.

I own a property in a LLC with my best friend. Can we sell that property to my wife?

This will allow us to get some cash out and take advantage of the lower rates and better terms residental lending offers.
