I'm fairly new to real estate wholesaling and just wanted to see what tactics experienced wholesalers and investors use to convince sellers to sign their contract and do business with you as opposed to with an agent? Also any other negotiating tips (talking down sellers, talking up buyers, etc). Thanks in advance!
