Subject to and the sellers may want to buy another home

Hi all, 

I am considering buying a home using subject to process. The sellers may want to purchase a home in the future. My question is about what road blocks they may run into if they do and can we or I do something that will better position them to be able to buy a home in the future with this subject financing in place?
