Selling Wholesale Contract to Bank-financed Buyer

We have a South Dakota property under contract. Haven't found a cash buyer. But did find a buyer that wants to buy with bank financing. House is in decent shape.

How can we sell to them? Will the bank accept our wholesale contract, given that we're not on title? Thanks for your help and ideas.
