Where can I find investors to sell my multifamily off market?

Hey guys relatively new here to BP but have been investing for a few years. Bought my first single family rental when I was in college in 2011 and now have a small portfolio of them. I have since moved on to larger multi family investments and more recently new construction. 

I have three multi family apartments with a total of 32 units that are broken down into 12-12-8 that I am looking to sell preferable off market. The properties are all new construction (2017-2018) and are located in south Georgia near Tallahassee. My question: Is there a site, group, investor network that I can plug into to try and sell my property off market? The cash on cash return is over 12% and no Cap Ex as they are newly built.
