Auction.com, no title insurance provided- opinions?

Looking for opinions on risk. House on auction.com, in Georgia, vacant. Being sold as-is foreclosure with an addendum saying they don't provide title insurance and the buyer being NOT being able to get title insurance is not a reason to void the deal. Run? Price it into your bid? If so, how much would you reduce your bid on fear of attorneys fees and time?
