My name is Nnamdi. Recently, some friends and I started a LLC. We are interested in investing in rental properties in Uinversity of Delaware area. I have been told this can be challenging. I could be persuaded to invest in Wilmington if the right opportunity was available. I am also looking for a quality property manager or property management company.
