Buying real estate while traveling

I currently own one property and intend to purchase two or three more this year. At the same time I want to do a fair amount of traveling in the near and mid term future which means I won't have a fix address during this time. How would you all handle this?

I was thinking of just obtaining a virtual address form one of the many providers. I am not even sure if it is legal though to use a virtual address instead of a real one when purchasing a property. Any advice/insight?
