Trouble finding Home Owner's Insurance in Northern CA?

Hello! I'm currently under contract on a 1902 Victorian in Northern California and have run into a giant hiccup - I can't find home owner's insurance! If it's not the zipcode (fire danger) it's the age of the home the companies reject.

I've had 10 companies reject this home so far. I know there's a solution that includes insuring this home, I just have to find it and hopefully soon.

Anyone run into this problem after the wildfires we've had in California? How have you kept your old homes insured?

Cheers!

Alishea
