What would you do if you had $1M in RE property equity right now?

Hi everyone,

So I currently own five properties with about $1M in total equity / the properties are worth a couple million.

I want to get an immediate 80% credit line and use that $800K in equity to put down payments on new properties (duplexes or a large multi unit apartment building).

What would you do if you were looking for an aggressive strategy to leverage this $1M into as much real estate as possible?

I should note - I have no interest in "making my living" on RE, and it's not my daily job. I'm 30 and looking for LONG TERM wealth from these properties. I don't need them to make a ton, etc.

Thank you!
