From the beginning of your rental portfolio journey to where you are now, what was some of the challenges you overcame? Was it finding deals, financing, rehabbing, managing tenants?

Reverse question: what were some of your most enjoyable/easier tasks/processes? Did you enjoy finding the next deal?

Additionally, as you grew your portfolio, how did you know what tasks was most important? Was it more important to find the deal, do the rehab yourself, or manage yourself?
