Selling my Furnished Air Bnb

Hello all.. new here. 

I’ve put up the property for sale. I live in another state, and run my air bnb remotely. I have a cleaner that takes care of almost everything. 

I have multiple reservations over the next few months. 

I would like to know if there is a way to find a network of air bnb investors? Wouls be selling furnished and transfer reservations. Would not like to cancel my future reservations but I need to sell this property.
