I'm new here but look to expand my real estate portfolio in different markets (currently only in the greater Denver area). Who can give me feedback/advice regarding using commercial financing to purchase many homes in a portfolio at once? Until recently, I didn't even know that was "a thing". :) Thanks in advance! - Mike
