Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Zach Herring, I'm a realtor based in Madison, but work a large area in south central WI. 

I'm originally from the Beaver Dam area, an hour northeast of Madison. 

I've been listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts for around a year and finally decided to make an account.

I'd love to connect with investors in the Madison area, or anywhere in WI.
