After analyzing hundreds of properties, I just bought my first Short Term Vacation Rental property in AZ.  I used none of my own capital or a bank.  I now have a team set up, properties in the pipeline, and am extremely grateful to those who helped me put it together.  I blame Brandon for lighting the fire to diversify from my other work, and I'm grateful to him as well.  But I still like my spreadsheets :-).  

Keep the Faith, 'thankful for this community.  Hopefully here is to many more properties.  Blessings.
