Refinancing US Investment Property Owned by Canadians

Hello all!

Currently investing in the Northwest Florida market, and looking at options to cash out refi these properties- I'm a Canadian citizen/resident, and have contacted several national/regional banks looking for a 75% LTV, however the closest I've come is 65% due to the properties being foreign owned.

Have any other Canadian BP members had a similar experience?  Any contacts or tips you can share would be appreciated,

Thanks!

Brad
