Hi Everyone. I have a client who is in the midst of a divorce who needs to get an idea of what her marital estate is worth. The majority of the marital assets are in real estate. The husband will not willingly allow any appraisers or brokers on to the property. Aside from getting a court order to get the appraisals done is there any reliable way to get an accurate estimate for the values of these properties.
