To Build or not to Build
Recently purchased a 150' x 100' lot in a desirable part of town. The lot has been approved to divide into two 75' x 100' lots. However, I want to take it a step further and divide the lot into three 50' x 100' lots. Build three 1200sqft houses and rent them out. Rent in the area is going around $1200 to $1400 per month. These houses will be built for rental property, nothing fancy.
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
