Just reaching out to see if anyone here is an appraiser or do you know an appraiser?

Have been doing research about general real estate investing and came across a video where someone said an appraising career is a good opportunity. Great career move for an investor.

It got me thinking and looking up more on it.

Are you an appraiser? Do you know an appraiser? Do they like it? Is it a rewarding and good career opportunity?
