Getting a property off my credit report.

Hi all - Out of 25 properties that have mortgages there is only one that is on my personal credit report in addition to my own home. I want to clean this up so when me and my wife are ready to upgrade our own home we dont have that payment counted against us.

Normally when I transfer property into a LLC is will drop from my personal credit. Short of refinancing is there anything I can do to get this off my personal side?
