Looking to network in Pittsburgh

I am from Dayton Ohio but am originally from PA.  I'm looking to come to Pittsburgh possibly Thursday and Friday next week (1/17-1/18) and would like to connect with some locals on the south side of town.  I am looking for a rental in the Waynesburg area and am going to need a realtor, general handyman, maybe a PM, and all the other things that go along with owning from a distance.

If anyone would like to connect or has a go-to person in any of these areas I would like to hear from you.  The biggest thing I'm in need of now is a property so a realtor is probably my number 1 concern.
