I’m 19 years old and new to real estate, help please?

Okay, so I am 19 years old. For the past year and a half I’ve been in home construction and lately haven’t felt satisfied and been wanting more. I’ve been studying for a contractors license but I’ve also taken interest in real estate. So much so that I’ve decided to go for my real estate license, I’ll be starting class hopefully this month. What I want to know is, if everything does well and I do come out on top with the license, how do I get started? What are some things I should know as a beginner? What are some tips? My main concern is both my age and pay because I live on my own and do have bills. I’m well aware that real estate agents get paid commissions and am ready for that but how do I go about living with that in mind. Any help is appreciated please and thanks a lot
