Hey guys I found a nice few in my area.

I already used fha loan on a 4 unit property...

I can not afford 20% at tbis moment so I was wondering if it’s possible to do 10% if I owner occupy...

I currently have a pending offer for 5% down on a single family with conventional which has 2 units in it. So I know you can do that with single family.

5% with FreddieMac HomePossible as a primary residence.

You can use their map to determine income and property eligibility, as it differs area to area. You can focus in areas that are deemed “no income limit”
