2 duplex's on 1 lot. Financing options?
Thanks for looking and hopefully giving me some feedback. I have a BRRR opportunity on a property but it is 2 duplexes on one lot. I feel pretty confident I can get a hard money loan on the purchase/rehab but my usual Mortgage Broker says I can't do conventional financing. Anyone know what options that leave me? Do I have to go commercial? What type of terms would I be looking at?
Thank you in advance!
