Hello! Love hearing your input on so many topics. Looking to make my first home and investment purchase. Hoping to own then rent. Going to check it out the property today. 

Property is part of a multifamily home unit. 

Curious on any advice you all have as to look for anything specific, things to watch out for, etc?
