Seems like a great property but it needs pool work
Hello BP,
So I have not begun investing but I am trying to research my market so I can determine what is a good deal or a bad deal. I was browsing Zillow and I found what looks to be a great investment property for the area, from what I can tell about 50k below market and needs some updating, but in the description it talks about the pool needing repair. There are no specifics given.
Can I get some insight on how someone with more experience would deal with this? Worst case price to fix? Or is this something to avoid all together?
As a side note, is a pool something that can help a property cash flow better, or does the cost of maintenance offset or take away profit?
Thanks
