Pittsburgh, Pa investing
I was looking to invest in Pittsburgh, Pa but the population decline makes me nervous. Does anyone have some words of advice?

I've been asked this question by other successful investors locally. Pittsburgh has been an "older" population, but as these older folks have passed on, they are being replaced by many younger folks thanks to our growing and expanding techno base. Census numbers are very old (2010?), so you may want to consider delving deeper into the stats.... the population is changing.
