Recently I sat down with Realtor.com to discuss Cleveland as it made the list for the 10 cities with the most homes under $200,000. Cleveland was a pretty obvious choice as the prices out here are ridiculously cheap compared to other areas of the country. However when the article came out there were some markets on it that I would not have expected to see such as New York City & Miami, Florida.

The list is as follows

  1. Chicago, Illinois
  2. Miami, Florida
  3. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
  4. Atlanta, Georgia
  5. New York City, New York
  6. Detroit, Michigan
  7. St. Louis, Missouri
  8. Houston, Texas
  9. Cleveland, Ohio
  10. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
