Is there a way to quickly find out the remaining loan on a house?

Hello,

I am new investor from Houston, does anyone know of any networking event with Wholesaler/buyer/seller/contractors in town that could recommend me? So far, I have attended Jet Lending events, but I would like to narrow to more wholesaler/contractors/investor groups. I'm looking forward to expand my networks with individuals or companies within the field, please let me know. Thanks a bunch.
