Older home property line drawn through it
I just looked at an older home "House A", built about 1900 that predated subdivision of it's own lot. The realtor tells me that "House B" was the second house also built and owned by the same owner of House A and that the lot was officially subdivided at some later point in time when House B was sold to another owner.
House A at some point recently appears to have been abondoned and is now bank owned.
It needs a ton of work, but the bank has it advertised for a rediculouly cheap price, so much so that it might be worth it,,....but,........one big issue,....
The propery line for the lot that House A is on goes through a 2 foot slice of House A. In other words, two feet of House A is on House B's lot.
Is the propery line issue a forget about it and walk away deal breaker or no so much?
