North NJ 3 Unit Multi Inspector

Trying to house hack, and will need an inspector soon. Looking for one that is familiar with:

  • Bloomfield, NJ area 07003
  • houses built mid/late 1800s
  • 3 unit multifamilies
  • radon, lead paint, structural, termite & pest, mold, etc

Any suggestions of who to go with or advice would be appreciated. Always willing to chat.
