title report -- original not a copy--signed but not notarized
Does a title report have to be signed and notarized to be valid? I took a signed but not notarized title report to the county clerk's office to be filed and recorded today--They would not file it in the OPR because it was not notarized. Would it be valid in court if not notarized?
