I'm also a newbie to North Augusta :) (I realize you aren't new any longer.) I wanted to see if you attend the Augusta REIA meetings? There's one this Thursday. It's well worth the cost. Also, there are a few investors that get together every Friday at noon at BBQ Barn in North Augusta. If you aren't attending, that's another great option to meet some folks. I'm amazing at how welcoming and supportive the investor community is here! :)
