Hard Money Upstate New York 60K PP

I wanted to see if anyone has any references for a hard money lender in the Capital Region. I have a short sale purchase price of 60K. I've used the biggerpockets hard money page and I'm getting companies that are listed that they lend in New York and companies that won't do a purchase price below 75k.
