Hello BP!! First of all happy holidays to everyone and I hope your new year is filled with love, health and wealth !

I wanted to jump in the forums and ask if anyone has a Deal Presentation Template or Market Analysis Template they would like to share with me so I can get some ideas on what I can present to investors. Also any templates you may have to keep track of all projects or deals done where pictures are also attached.

Thanks in advance !!

@Jose Trujillo, that the point.  There is no such thing as “less official”.  Anything you show any investor that does not comply with the applicable securities regulations - such as an exemption from registration for private replacement - can be used either in a criminal proceeding (not likely) or a civil suit (much more likely).  Let me explain further, in the last ten years two major occurances that affect selling investments.  First, selling participation’s in real property, notes, etc. is now considered a security, and as such either must comply with a Federal Securities Filing or be eligible for a Federal exemption from registration.  Second, in order for the sale of an investment to not be considered a security, all investors must have the same active decision making role in the investment.  The SEC along with the state securities agencies have decided to use a strict interpretation of the exemption from registration for private offerings.

Courts have determined that if a sponsor does not provide sufficient disclosures, or does provide materials that are not compliant with applicable Federal or state securities laws or regulations, the sponsor will lose all affirmative statutory defenses in a civil suit, making it much more likely for the sponsor to have a verdict rendered against him and upheld by the court.
