Has anyone done any GA deals w/Castlerock REO and pick title co?

I am negotiations with Castlerock REO for a property in GA. Their website states and the asset manager says that I can choose a title company. I have always used an attorney for real estate closings. Any help or information regarding choosing a title company and the basic process is appreciated.
