Hi all, I'm 22 years old and live in the Dallas, TX area. I work full time and also starting back up in school part time this spring semester. I've been wanting to get into real estate investing for some time now but at this point it's all about taking action! Is anyone from the Dallas area? Also, what would yall's advice be on where to start in dallas? Single family or multi family? Recommended startegy? Thank you in advance!
