Hi BP community,

As a new RE investor, I do have a fare share of feeling frustrated that I can't find a good deal from MLS /real estate agent in the current market. At present, I am investing in single family houses in Topeka, KS. I came across distressedpro.com as part of a BP pro member perk. There was a discussion in this forum few years ago. I am interesting to hear from our community, what has been the experience using distressedpro.com in finding deals. If it has been positive, I may consider paying for a membership. Thank you and keep grinding.
