Sell the rentals or the LLCs?

I have 6 single family rental properties, all occupied, spread between 2 LLCs that I want to sell. Seems like it would be easier/faster to sell the LLCs rather than evict the tenants and put the houses on the market. Does anyone have any experience with this?
