18 and looking to buy my first house

For over a year now I have been looking for ways to generate wealth. I am young and feel that this gives me lots of advantages but also disadvantages. I am excited to get started towards my goal of financial independence and want to get there through real estate. My plan was to house hack by buying a 2/3/4 family home and rent out the other units while living in one. Since I am young I have 0 credit history and have already tried looking for ways to build credit. What tips do you have to help me with getting the right financing for my first purchase? How do I go about finding deals? What things do I need in place before starting? Lastly what is vital that I learn before getting started? Thank you for clicking my post and please have fun answering my questions. Have a wonderful day and please respond!!
