Buy and Holds in Jacksonville, NC

I'm interested in getting started with properties (SFH) in the Jacksonville, NC area. I understand that finding rehab contractors may be difficult because of the hurricane earlier this year. Have things settled down yet, or are all the contractors still all booked up? I ask because there are homes available at good prices, but without some one to fix them, there is no reason to buy at this time.
