Qualifying as a 1st time CA home buyer...when already own a home?
When I turned 18 my father gifted me 14% investment in a condo. I was vested 14% each subsequent year until I was the full owner of the condo. Now I'm looking at buying a home and wondering If I still qualify for the first time home purchase incentive. In California 1st time buyers get a much lower interest rate and amount required for the down. Anyone have a sense if I would still qualify for the first time home purchase break?
