Transferring deed to LLC

I recently closed on a property on my name and mortgage on my name.

It was transferred to Mr. Cooper. I called today to see if I could transfer deed to LLC and they told me that since this is a Fredie Mac loan, they don't allow it; however had it been a Fannie Mae loan, they would. Any advise regarding this? Also, what are my alternatives?

Thanks,
