Seeking Newport Beach Escrow Company for Wholesale "double" close

I am looking for an escrow company in Newport Beach, California that is investor friendly and experienced in "double" closes. This is a wholesale deal, A to B and then B to C. (A = The Seller, B = the Investor Buyer and C = the End Buyer) The process will go like this:

Day 1: C Buyer Wires funds into escrow for B-C

Day 1: B Buyer wires their funds into escrow for A-B

Day 2: A-B records the conveyance with the county

Day 3: B-C records the conveyance with the county

Day 3 or 4: Disbursements happen on Day 3 or 4, depending on when we get recording confirmation for the B-C transaction
