How to Structure Sub2 Deal
Hello All
I am just starting out doing deals on my own. I have found a deal, i want to take it Subject 2. Then owner finance with a wrap.
ARV is 210k
UL Amount - 131k
Purchase Price - 175k
I have abt 25k cash to put towards this deal at this time.
House is in good condition, just need a good sales clean.
Can anyone give me suggestions on how to structure the deal?
