SELLER DOES NOT WANT TO SHOW ME HIS PROPERTY ?
Hey guys ! So i recently came across a deal that really called my attention and i tried scheduling a showing so i could visit the property with my contractor. When i asked the owner he said the property was currently rented and he did not want to bother the tenants, he asked to take his word for what the house needs in repairs and once an offer is accepted he would let the tenants know they had to go in 30 days. I obviously would not buy a property i did not look at, but at the same time it is a very attractive deal. Have you guys had any similar experiences ? if so, how did you handle it ? any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance !!!

Put the offer in writing and make it contingent on inspections. He'll either accept it, counter back, or reject it. It's really that simple.
