Learning experiences from investing in Englewood, IL

I was wondering if there is anyone who has invested in Englewood, IL and had bad experiences with buying in Englewood, IL?

I am not trying to be negative, but people always share their positive flip stories and such, but I want to learn from other peoples bad experiences also.  Just to educate myself and not be naïve and overly optimistic.  lol.   Thanks!
