Investor Friendly Agent in Arlington VA

Hello everyone:

I am new to BP, and already leaning a ton, also super overwhelmed by the information here. I currently live in NYC and want to buy an investment property in Arlington area (nothing big, probably just a condo)

Does anyone here know any good investor friendly agent in that area? also any recommendations on which neighborhoods to look? I saw neighborhoods like Colonial Village, Virginia Square, Rosslyn, the price is already relatively high, is there any up and coming neighborhood?  how is Shirlington?
